Your battery is guaranteed not to fail due to faulty materials or workmanship for that battery type's specified warranty period.
If you suspect there may be a fault with a battery you (the purchaser) bought from us (Bush Batteries) within its warranty period you must return the battery carriage paid, in good physical condition and properly packaged (we can advise on this). When we receive the battery we will need 48 hours in which to test the battery and recharge if necessary. We cannot accept any responsibility for customer returns damaged in transit. Neither will we be held responsible for any costs incurred by you during the battery testing period.
If we find a fault with the battery we will dispatch a new one after the 48 hour testing time has elapsed. For batteries that fail during the first 6 months of the warranty period we will dispatch a replacement free of carriage costs. For batteries that fail after the first 6 months we will dispatch a replacement at our current carriage cost rate.
If we cannot find a fault your battery will be returned to you fully charged. Our carriage costs and a £5 testing/recharging fee must be paid by you in advance of dispatch.
