Voltage sensing/High power charge relays

High power voltage sensing relays. Our range of split charge relays suitable for high/heavy leisure battery power usage

These top quality relays will get the most from your alternator, especially more modern vehicles with high powered alternators.
If you're fitting a split charge system from scratch, your vehicle is relatively new and has a complicated engine management system we would recommend using the voltage sensing split charge relay which is easy to fit and requires no connection to the vehicle electrics. Simply wire the relay from your starter battery to your leisure battery. This also avoids any vehicle warranty issues. Ideal for vehicles with multiplex and canbus wiring systems.

If you intend to use any other type of split charge relay (other than a voltage sensing relay) that may require a connection to a modern vehicle's electrics check with the vehicle manufacturer or a competent auto-electrician first.
